I work with anyone seeking to make changes in their life and looking for a coach to help them accomplish extraordinary goals. I have the specialized experience, education, and interest in working with those who feel ‘stuck’ in difficult circumstances.
I help people realize their full potential. I hold the space and believe in individuals even when they are not ready to believe in themselves.
Through a 50/50 partnership, we create realistic goals with actionable plans to move them from the past to working diligently in the present, to produce mind-blowing futures!
My strategies work with all people no matter where they are at in their life’s journey.

Before working with Char, I had seen two different therapists plus a school counselor who all had good intentions, but none of them ever seemed to help. I was failing out of school, isolating myself, and pushing everyone I loved away. My life slowly, but steadily began to change after working with Char. She helped me see that my past did not define my future. Char helped me realize my life would never be the same as before, but that was ok. I got to decide how I wanted to live my life. While therapy was good to help initially treat my mental health crisis, provide a medical diagnosis, and get me on medication to manage my symptoms, Char is the one who taught me how to keep living! She provided a plan to help me take small steps every day. She gave me the permission I needed to love who I am, let go of the blame and shame and rebuild my self-worth in the process.
I was completely lost and unsure of what I was supposed to do with my life. I was depressed and anxious. I started drinking too much, hanging out with the wrong crowd, getting into trouble, and just plain not caring about anything. I was moody, angry and took out all my frustrations on the people I loved the most. I was sick of living my life this way and just sick of myself. I was constantly self-sabotaging and needed help. With Char’s support and coaching, I finally found the reasons why I was acting out the way I was. I was scared. Char showed me that I didn’t have to have all the answers about what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I stopped drinking and saw my doctor who prescribed medications to help with my depression and anxiety. Over the next couple of months working with Char, I identified what I wanted to study and enrolled in Community College. I quit the job that I hated and found a new one. I dumped a bunch of my toxic friends and started making new ones. I am talking more with my family and not bottling up all my emotions anymore. Char showed me that even though uncertainty is scary, you must take chances in life, because we only have one to live.
I am a first generation immigrant who came to this country with little more than the clothes on my back. I wanted to live the American dream. After graduation I got my dream job. But soon after, everything went downhill from there. I was a very timid and introverted person. In the fast paced world of healthcare I was eaten alive. Char began working with me and quickly identified the core issues causing me to struggle. She taught me about how we all grow up with different beliefs and experiences that can cause limitations in our thinking that don’t serve us in our adult lives. Char coached me on how to speak up, literally speak louder, more clearly and with authority and confidence. I found my voice, my confidence grew and my work performance began to improve. I began to make friends at work. I started to believe I was worth it, I had value and something to share with the world.
